I’m Claire, and I launched Positive Pants back in 2018 after a lightbulb moment! I was wondering how I could make the idea of a positive mindset more accessible to children of primary school age. Then it hit me! Positive Pants! It’s a well-known phrase to children and adults alike and works as a tangible way to engage children with what could feel like a tricky concept.
To date, I have supported the wellbeing of over 15,000 people and am passionate about making wellbeing accessible and actionable for everyone, especially young people.
With a background in the corporate world, I transitioned into education, spending a decade in senior roles within Independent Schools. My personal journey, navigating poor mental health, bullying, abuse, and chronic health conditions, continues to fuel my mission to empower children with tools to manage challenges early in life.
A regular voice in the media, I frequently appear on local BBC radio, podcasts, TV across the East Midlands, and has featured on ITV, sharing insights on children’s mental health and wellbeing.
1:1 online and in person sessions are available, with parents and children, as well as opportunities to work in organisations who are keen to support the wellbeing of their employees,. I have also developed a range of wellbeing resources to ensure support is available in every home.
When you know how, having a positive mindset can be as easy as putting on your ‘Positive Pants’.
6 Simple and achievable video lessons no longer than 15 mins each to watch
Facebook Group with live Q&As for Support and Questions
6 months access to keep going back to the videos
Downloadable resources to use in the home

As a busy mum of two (ages 4 and 7), with my eldest having additional needs, I wasn’t sure if I’d have the time or headspace to get the most out of this course. But I’m so glad I gave it a go. The way it’s laid out made it really easy to follow, even in the middle of juggling family life, and I could dip in and out whenever I had a spare moment.
What stood out most for me was how practical it felt, it wasn’t just information, it was clear, actionable steps I could actually put into practice straight away. It gave me a sense of calm and focus I didn’t realise I was missing when talking to the kids.
If you’re a parent trying to balance everything and you’re worried you won’t manage, honestly, this course is designed for real life, and that’s why it works.

How long does it take?
Each video is around 15 minutes. You can watch one a week, or fit them in whenever works for you.
What age is it suitable for?
The activities are designed for children aged 5–11, but many families find they work for older and younger siblings too.
Do I need to be “creative” to do this?
Not at all. The activities are simple and flexible, children can make them their own in whatever way feels right.
